I  take a great interest in  our FAMILY GENEALOGY, particularly as it relates to the social history of  our ancestors’ time.   So far, most research has centred on my father’s  maternal lineage i.e., the Munro clan.   I’ve linked to it HERE.  Take a look . . .

... so every carpenter and workmaster, that laboreth night and day; and they that cut and grave seals ... the smith also, working by the anvil, the potter turning the wheel ... all these trust to their hands; and every one is wise in their work.  Without these a city cannot be inhabited ... they will not be sought for in public council, nor sit high in the congregation ... but they will maintain the state of the world and their desire is in their craft.
